Policy & Advocacy

WAFCA has been the unified voice of child and family services in Wisconsin for the past 45 years, advocating for our members - providers of behavioral health and human services - and the more than 200,000 lives they directly impact each year.

By partnering with our members, consumers, and officials in state and local government, WAFCA fosters the continuous development of accessible, effective, and equitable services, and promotes public support for a full continuum of care. WAFCA supports the advocacy agendas of member agencies, and ensures they receive current infromation regarding budget, legislative, and policy changes at the state and federal level.
